Aoife O’Donovan is best known as the captivating singer of progressive bluegrass/string band Crooked Still. Since embarking on her own, she has continued to impress audiences and critics alike. “Sweetness and sadness find a tenuous balance in the voice of Aoife O’Donovan,” says The New York Times. O’Donovan has collaborated with a variety of A-listers, including Yo-Yo Ma and Alison Krauss, and has appeared on “A Prairie Home Companion,” including a summer tour with the show in 2013.
